5 days in Xi'an (Terracotta Army, city wall, 3 days of TCM diagnostics) followed by 4 nights at Mile Wellness Resort: a 20-point health panel, IV support and cellular testing where indicated, two hyperbaric oxygen sessions, silica hot springs, SPA (LPG/INDIBA) and a choice of Pilates, yoga or swimming.
