Service fee RMB 3,500 per case (approx. USD 521). For international patients who need a specialist consultation or examination pathway in China without inpatient treatment. The package includes: a 30-minute online pre-consultation (a preliminary assessment of your needs and routing, not a second medical opinion), an initial review of your condition and preferred schedule, hospital, department and specialist matching, specialist appointment coordination, full-day bilingual hospital accompaniment (up to two days), priority examination arrangement, registration and identity-verification coordination, check-in and triage guidance, one complimentary citywide airport or railway station pickup, basic insurance communication and claim-document organization, and dedicated case follow-up. Coordination fee only: hospital consultations, diagnostics and other medical expenses are paid separately to the hospital unless a patient-specific quotation states otherwise.
